As a licensed Barber Instructor from 2013 to 2020, Erik not only brings mastery to his craft but also a passion for education, ensuring the next generation of barbers learn from the best. Specializing in men's haircuts, shaving, and facial massage, Erik's expertise extends seamlessly to women's short style haircuts, scalp treatments, and massages.

With 13 years of dedication to the craft, Dalon's journey began at Emily Griffith Technical College in 2010, where he earned his Barber-Cosmo license. Since then, he has been a cornerstone of Precision Kutz, his first and only shop.
Dalon's expertise goes beyond the technicalities of haircutting; it's rooted in his passion for professionalism and the unique relationships he builds with clients.
Having also served as an instructor at Pickens Tech, Dalon has honed his skills under the guidance of various master barbers at PKutz, eventually earning the prestigious title of master barber himself.
What sets Dalon apart is not just his technical prowess but his laid-back and easy-going hospitality, creating a signature style that defines the atmosphere at Precision Kutz. Destiney's journey began early, fueled by a natural talent and passion for the industry that led her to Aveda, where she earned her cosmetology license. Now with more than 10 years of professional experience behind the chair, she brings both expertise and heart to every client she serves.
Her craft is as diverse as the clients she works with - spanning color, precision cuts, braids, styling for all hair types and lengths, and her specialty: lock re-twists. Destiney thrives on versatility, ensuring every client leaves her chair not only looking their best but feeling their best.

Meet OB, a Master Barber and Educator whose artistry behind the chair spans an extraordinary 57 years. As the newest member of the Precision Kutz family, OB brings not only unmatched experience but also a deep passion for the craft of barbering, where every cut tells a story and every client becomes part of the art.

OB’s journey began decades ago and led him to a 23-year tenure teaching barbering and cosmetology at Pickens Technical College in Aurora, Colorado. There, he trained generations of barbers and stylists, sharing the timeless techniques and discipline that define true mastery.
For OB, a great haircut begins long before the first clipper buzz—it starts with a conversation. He takes the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, features, and hair texture, crafting a style that enhances their natural look and confidence.

To OB, the head, neck, and face are a living canvas, and barbering is both a skill and an art form. His philosophy is simple yet profound: precision, patience, and passion create excellence.
